Who we are
Kionas Project Advisory is a trading name used by Spyros Orfanides, who is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Correspondence address: Kyriakou Matsi 48, 2409 Nicosia, Cyprus. You can reach us at info@kionasadvisory.com or +357 95 113 304.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information — IP address, browser type and pages requested — in its server logs, as part of operating and securing the site.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the consent box on the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who can access it
Your data is stored with our hosting and form provider, Netlify, which processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Beyond that, only the people working under the Kionas name who need to answer your enquiry can see it.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the related records are kept for as long as the law on business and tax records requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew. Write to info@kionasadvisory.com and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Nicosia, Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Cookies
This website sets no advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies. Any cookie present is strictly necessary for the site to function. If we introduce analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
